Event Description
Join us for Tai Chi in the Park, at Crystal Beach Waterfront Park (Palmwood), starting June 3rd and every Tuesday at 08:45AM throughout the summer until end of September. Come out and join us as we learn and practice the ‘Yang style Tai Chi Short Form 24” with our amazing instructor, Mike Van Natter, as he takes us through this relaxing meditation in motion. Cost $5 (or by donation).
