Bertie Historical Society and Fort Erie Public Library present "Bound and Determined: Chloe Cooley, Enslavement and the Fight for Freedom". Join us as Sarah Kaufman of the Niagara-on-the-Lake History Museum gives a talk on Chloe Cooley, the history of slavery in Upper Canada and the Anti-slavery Act. All Welcome. Free admission.
