Rain tonight (10–20 mm) will change to flurries Friday as a strong cold front brings rapidly falling temperatures, creating icy and slippery surfaces. Strong southwesterly to westerly winds gusting up to 90 km/h are expected Friday, especially near Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Snow squalls may develop off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. Travel could be hazardous; conditions improve Friday evening.
